Extracurricular Activities

On campus and off, AUBiH offers students a wide variety of athletic, social and cultural activities. Membership in clubs and organizations is open to all AUBiH students. Besides being fun, participating in these activities can be a valuable addition to your academic development.  They help you make new friends and develop leadership skills.
Whether you like to latin dance, recite poetry, design websites or chase friends around a paintball field, AUBiH has a club for you.
If you can’t find an organization that interests you, start your own! The Student Services Office is available to help with advice and staff support.

Student Union

The Student Union is the representative student body at AUBiH. Serving in the Student Union gives you the opportunity to represent the voices of other students, gain leadership experience and create the AUBiH of the future.

Model United Nations

The Model United Nations (MUN) is an academic simulation of the United Nations (UN) which aims to educate participants about civics, current events, globalization and multilateral diplomacy.  Participants research a country, take on roles as diplomats, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult and then develop solutions to world problems.
BOSMUN, the AUBiH chapter of MUN is open to all interested students who would like to improve their public speaking and debating skills while learning more about current events.

Sports

There are plenty of recreational and sporting activities on all three of the AUBiH campuses. In addition to the expected alpine sports, students participate in local soccer and basketball leagues and intramural sports. The rivers of BiH are famous for white water rafting, a favorite summer-time activity.
